WIRELESS DOOR PROTECTOR
Protect doors, windows, gun cases, jewelry boxes, or just about
anything that opens and closes. The magnetic window and door contact uses
requires a 3V Lithium CR-2-type battery (sold separately) which typically
lasts for three years.This
protective device monitors the opening and closure of doors and windows.
Each magnetic contact features a connection for a hardwired sensor input,
making it ideal for protecting multiple windows using standard contacts and
only one wireless version. Enabled with a unique ID code, |
WIRELESS DOOR TRANSMITTER
This Wireless
Recessed Door Transmitter is used for protection of doors and windows in
installations where the transmitter and magnet must be totally hidden. The
supervised transmitter and contact are concealed within the door or window
frame for virtual transparency. The included long-life lithium battery is
easily replaced when necessary

GLASS SENSOR PROTECTION
Each
Window Bug will protect up to 32 square feet of glass surface. A patented
switch is installed inside the Window Bug. This switch is tuned to the
vibration frequency of breaking glass and will momentarily open or close,
depending on the application, to signal an intrusion. Normal shocks and
sounds are ignored and have no effect on its operation, so you won't need to
fear false alerts |
You know you want
one!
It may be expensive, but believe us, when you see this baby in action you'll
love it! Built to last and built to work, this is a proper robotic vacuum
cleaner, that does a proper job! The Trilobite uses sonar to navigate around
objects in the room, and when first turned on, the unit maps the room, so it
knows where it is. Then it will zigzag across the room vacuuming as it goes.

MAGNETIC SENSORS Eliminate the telltale signs
that you have an alarm system installed. Unlike conventional contact
switches, these switches are completely hidden. These Short Round Magnetic
Contacts are .78 inches long and are ideal on windows and sliding glass
doors. The magnet will need 3/4" of material (wood, aluminum, vinyl) around
the frame of the window to mount into. Each contact has an operational gap
of 3/8 of an inch. |
WINDOWS SENSOR
With this GE
Door / Window Sensor, alarm systems can be easily installed that provide the
highest level of intruder protection available for a home or business. This
sensor monitors doors, windows, cabinets, or anything that opens and closes.
When used with a compatible alarm panel, the movements detected by the Door
/ Window Sensor result in an alarm

Automated kitchen
You reach the kitchen, and it’s time to get the dinner on the table. But
you don’t need to waste time cooking it – it’s already been done. Before you
left for work you put the dinner in the oven and programmed it to be ready
by the time you got home. After dinner you load the dishwasher, which can
sense how full it is, and how dirty the dishes inside are, adjusting its
washing cycle to suit. |

A good night’s sleep
Locking up the house at night is no longer a hassle. A switch next to
your bed is pre-programmed to set the house into night mode. The home
entertainment system shuts down, the lights are switched off. You’ve set up
a few other modes too: a night-mode discreetly lights the kids rooms as well
as the way to the bathroom; a panic mode alerts your security company and
turns every light in your house and garden on; |
The day after tomorrow
The kids are always nagging you for the latest gadgets. Luckily your home
automation system was installed with one eye on the future. Inside the walls
of your home are cables not just for power but for high-speed data, audio
and video. That means your house is ready to accommodate the inevitable
Christmas list – or, to use the technical term: it’s “future-proof”. |
Is it all a dream? A world of entertainment
Time to relax in front of the television. At the touch of a button the
curtains are lowered, lights are dimmed, and your media centre starts a
movie. The kids are upstairs on their computers. Their laptops are connected
wirelessly to each other and the internet on your home network. Audio and
video are networked around the house too – you can pipe a different song to
every room, and from your lounge room turn the music off in the kids’ |

Machines that talk to each other
Home automation isn’t a new idea – it’s been around for years, with
automatic timers for your lamps and televisions, and devices communicating
with each other via electrical wiring (using the X10 protocol). But with the
advent of computer networks home automation has been brought into the 21st
Century. You can now do ‘simple’ things like turn your Bluetooth-enabled
mobile phone into a remote control for your computer, but also wirelessly
connect all the computers in your house to the one broadband connection or
printer if need be.
|
Music in every room
One of the great features of home automation is the ability to pipe music
to every room in the house. You can install speakers in your ceiling and
wire them up to your hub, which can be controlled via remote control.
Clipsal’s C-Bus employs touchscreens and dynamic wall switches that can be
used to play tunes, turn off the sound in another room, adjust the volume,
and more. Less integrated systems can send songs from your stereo to
speakers around the house with or without
